The Kaimuki Studio is a unique, intimate and inviting Studio Space with Endless Possibilities...... 

Not only do we offer a variety of classes with amazing teachers, great prices, free mats and parking, our Studio is very welcoming and non intimidating. You will always have someone to workout with and make new friends!  The Kaimuki Studio can host private or group classes for any occasion or any social events. Do something different for you next birthday party, bridal party or any occasion with one of our classes like Twerkout, Booty Burn, Yoga or Bellydance or Heels Class!


We offer Studio Rental for Instructors looking to create a new class or a space for their current class,  Businesses that want to share space, Teacher Training's, Workshops, Private Group Classes, Photography, Pageant Practices, Dress Fittings, Personal Training, Dance, Pop Up Shops, Fitness, Events... or Anything you you need a space for!

Wednesday 6:15-7:15pm

A mix of Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Shred inspired HIIT (high intensity internal training) exercises.  Yoga warm up and cool downs will be practiced, but in this flow, HIIT movements will be added to get the blood flowing.  The class will also be very centered around breath and movement together. Be prepared to sweat and have fun.

Experience a new fun way to workout! 

Twerkout is comprised of interval training alternating between booty toning exercises and isolated twerk movements. The art of twerking is  broken down simply to attain proper form and integrated in a such a way that gives you a fun fat burning cardio and toning workout! 

This is a great class for groups/parties/events!

Yin Yoga is an important slow, focused, relaxing,  and restorative series of long-held, passive floor poses that work the lower part of the body's Opening the  hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. The poses are held for five minutes or longer. Surrendering into longer holds fatigues muscles and encourages the body to let go and passively receive the pose and its benefits.

 All on the mat class, no cardio, jumping, or squats.  We do a variation of arm, ab & leg/booty exercises in an an easy to follow "repeated sequence", allowing you to improve your form, build strength with a strong emphasis on correcting upper body posture  and have you standing taller & stronger!

This is an all booty class! We will work all 

angles of your glutes with a dash 

of core work to sexy music. This is a repeated sequenced class with variations added gradually. 

All exercises are done on the mat,

Get in tune with your divinity through body movement and breath! The first half is gentle vinyasa flow. The second half is a yin style pranayama breathing technique. This practice helps you release deep rooted traumas within the physical and subtle body. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and internally at peace.

island fitness journey. Experience repetitive

This beginning bellydance series is perfect for someone new to bellydance or a dancer wanting 

to strengthen their technique. We will learn foundation moves, shimmy and hip work, isolation's and shapes. Haunani likes to include Yoga stretching and conditioning movements to start the class.  It will also include dance combos and traveling steps.

Get into the groove with modern hip hop with a twist of sensual choreography and a fat burning workout all at the same time. You will learn the fundamentals of hip hop choreography, heel technique all while having fun and leaving inspired. Heels are recommended but not required.
