Vinyasa Shred


Wednesday 6:15-7:15pm  

with Jen Mylett

A mix of Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Shred inspired HIIT (high intensity internal training) exercises.  Yoga warm up and cool downs will be practiced, but in this flow, HIIT movements will be added to get the blood flowing.  The class will also be very centered around breath and movement together. 

Be prepared to sweat and have fun.

Deepen your Vinyasa Yoga practice and start the weekend off with the Right Vibes. Vinyasa Flow style class focusing on peak poses connecting breath with movement. Moving our way through a mindful warm-up, connecting poses while flowing with our breath to a fun playlist and ending with a yummy cool down.

Yin Yoga is an important slow, focused, relaxing, and quiet restorative series of long-held, passive floor poses that work the lower part of the body's Opening the  hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. The poses are held for five minutes or longer. Surrendering into longer holds fatigues muscles and encourages the body to let go and passively receive the pose and its benefits.

This beginning bellydance series is perfect for someone new to bellydance or a dancer wanting to strengthen their technique. We will learn foundation moves, shimmy and hip work, isolation's and shapes. Hot Heels Hawaii


 Sunday 5:00-6:00pm / $5 1st class / $10 drop ins with Halia Parish

Get your sexy on! Experience confidence development and empowerment through dance. Get into the groove with modern hip hop with a twist of sensual choreography and a fat burning workout all at the same time. You will learn the fundamentals of hip hop choreography, heel technique all while having fun and leaving inspired. Heels are recommended but definitely not required. Shakti Flow

On the surface a Shakti Flow class is full of high intensity cardio bouts, fun improv dance sets mixed with creative vinyasa flow, body weight strength training and breath work while loud motivating music infiltrates the room. These movements are cleansing and opening our chakras, building solid foundations while nudging us to step out of our comfort zones and bring forth our divine feminine energy.

"Unity Zouk Practica"

This  Dance Practica is designed for both Zouk beginners and seasoned artists  who partake in this beautiful, mystical movement ritual rooted in the  culture of Brazil. We gather to honor the inherent Unity that brings us  to a love and passion of Dance. Across levels, backgrounds, styles and  interpretations, in a spirit of collaboration and community,we  can freely express, exchange, make discoveries and mistakes and learn  what works in the realm of musicality, movement, timing and technique.  Ultimately the truth of our togetherness lives is the unity of our  embodied human experience... let's Zouk it! All Dance, and particularly  Zouk, can ground us in a greater sense of self, our unique and myriad  expressions, as well as help us transcend to transpersonal levels of  consciousness where the boundaries of self and other become blended in  the magical and freeing process of co-creation with music. This  practice session will run starting 2 Saturdays each month beginning   September 6-9pm. October dates  will be posted when determined.  6pm will be a beginner friendly Zouk class,followed by an Open Level Practica from 7-9pm.
