A mix of Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Shred inspired HIIT (high intensity internal training) exercises. Yoga warm up and cool downs will be practiced, but in this flow, HIIT movements will be added to get the blood flowing. The class will also be very centered around breath and movement together. Be prepared to sweat and have fun.

Yin Yoga is an important slow, focused, relaxing, and restorative series of long-held, passive floor poses that work the lower part of the body's Opening the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. The poses are held for five minutes or longer. Surrendering into longer holds fatigues muscles and encourages the body to let go and passively receive the pose and its benefits.

ARMS, ABS, & ASS all on the mat (no cardio, jumping, or squats). We do a variation of arm, ab and leg/booty exercises in an an easy to follow "repeated sequence", allowing you to improve your form, build strength with a strong emphasis on correcting upper body posture. The lower body workout will strengthen your core, lift your booty, and have you standing taller & stronger!

This beginning bellydance series is perfect for someone new to bellydance or a dancer wanting to strengthen their technique. We will learn foundation moves, shimmy and hip work, isolation's and shapes. Haunani likes to include Yoga stretching and conditioning movements to start the class. It will also include dance combos and traveling steps.

On the surface a Shakti Flow class is full of high intensity cardio bouts, fun improv dance sets mixed with creative vinyasa flow, body weight strength training and breath work while loud motivating music infiltrates the room. These movements are cleansing and opening our chakras, building solid foundations while nudging us to step out of our comfort zones and bring forth our divine feminine energy.
